Don't forget! You need to have a representative present at a least two of the season meetings (Signups, Week 5, Week 9).
Contact Karolyn regarding the flyer below. They are NOT going to be able to hold any sessions at the VFW on Thursday nights. So disregard the Thursday night sessions. I believe the rest of the schedule is still good.
Karolyn is holding "practice sessions" which will count towards attendance to the upcoming regional qualifier. The sessions will be held at various times and days over the next two months, with the finals taking place on October 9th at the Fishbowl. If you are interested in practicing against others, this is a great opportunity. The fee is $5.00 per session (not to exceed $20.00). All league offices were up for election. Congratulations to our returning officers, Karolyn O'Cull, Holly Vano, Amanda Schuyler, Mary Dabney, and Wayne Stradley. Congratulations is also in order to our newly-elected President, Bobbi Blair.
Captains, please remember to observe the rules of player and scorer etiquette, to lead by example, and to correct when you see improper behavior. See the rules of darting etiquette here.
New award information will be posted as soon as possible. For now, keep in mind that some of the awards have been discontinued. If you order something discontinued, we will try to notify you prior.
The Sargeant-at-Arms will be checking board specifications (height, distance from oche) during the off-season. Please be sure to have your boards up to standard (see rules/by-laws).
